You need to open a corporate account in the bank of your choice. If you order a company and then for any reason cancel your order, you will be charded an administrative fee of 5 995 Sek excl VAT for the shelf company, due to the fact that it will need to be liquidated or re-registred.

What is a Ready-made companie?

Ready-made company is a registered stock Company without any prior business acitivity. The pro’s with buying a ready-made company is that you can be up and running with your business in no time. With this type of company you do not have to wait for registrational queues but instead receive an corporate number on the day!

What does it usually cost?

The price for a Ready-made company varies, but it can cost up to SEK 10,000 in administrative fees(!!) But as we are passionate about people longing to start their own business, we give you a free company when you buy our accounting services. A pretty good deal since you are legally obligated to handle the accounting no matter what.

So the only thing that is actually added, and it does so regardless of HOW you start and register a limited company, is the Company's fees. And then - the share capital!

Pros and cons

The best thing about starting a Ready-made company is the time aspect - you quickly get a limited company with a corporate number and don't have to wait for the Swedish Companies Registration Office's registration. If you have a bank certificate and the share capital, you can get access to the company the same day! Do you buy a Ready-made company with f-skatt (corporate tax-registered)
It is prohibited by law in Sweden to register or buy a Ready-made company wíth corporate tax. We will help you in this process as well as communication with other government agencies.
Do you buy a Ready-made company with a bank account?
All the banks are required to do a KYC controll (know your customer). We can assist you in the proccess and the communication with the bank.
What’s the difference between Ready-made company and register a new?
When registering for a new company, you BOTH need to wait for the bank to review your application, accept to receive the share capital in order for them to issue a bank certificate, thereafter the time it takes for the Swedish Companies Registration Office to process the case before you receive a corporate number, this often takes several weeks.
